This part for managers
Here’s how we’re going to work the order process for this Fall order:
- Managers will help distribute order forms and catalogs to players and their families.
- Mangers will collect order forms and checks (made payable to Freestate Soccer Alliance).
- Managers will deliver order forms and checks to Cindy Huntzberry or Dave Smith.
- Cindy and Dave will collate the orders by team and provide a single order list to Impressive Products (Cheryl and Matt Hokanson).
- Cindy and Dave will deliver all checks to Neville Dennis for deposit.
- Cindy and Dave will arrange with each team manager for delivery of items once orders are received.
