In order to prepare a group for entry into the Elite Clubs national League for 2010-2011, Freestate Soccer Alliance will start a new rising U-14 girls team for players born on or after August 1, 1996.  The team will be coached by Win Puffer, coach of the U-19 Freestate Shooters and head coach  of the Washington Freedom “W” League. The team will play WAGS D1 and tournaments in the Fall of 2009 and enter into league and tournament play in Winter and Spring 2010.
