U-9 through U-13 teams
- Freestate Youth Academy run by qualified youth trainers once each week for 8 weeks in the Fall and Spring.
- Winter Academy training at the SkateZone in Crofton, MD.
U-15 and Above
- Winter Indoor training times at Soccer Dome (4 sessions for Winter 2007). Average hour rental at Indoor facilities in the State of Maryland is $100.
- QAS outdoor lighted training times (using portable lights with generators) in November and December for teams preparing for College Showcase tournaments.

- 2 Seasons of Goalkeeping Training with Rob Vartughian, Assistant Coach
at the University of Maryland. Former Professional Player. - Coaching Education clinics and meetings for all U9-U13 Coaches throughout the year.
- Club subsidized expenses for coaching courses and licensing.
U-15 and Above
- Winter Indoor training times at Soccer Dome (4 sessions for Winter 2007).
